Shipping Methods:
At this time we only offer tracked shipping via USPS. Packages that weigh less than a pound are shipped via First Class Mail (1-3 day business days delivery) and over 1 pound are shipped via priority mail (1-3 day delivery).
Please expect delivery delays during holiday times.
International Shipping:
At this time we are not able to ship internationally but we hope to do so in the future.
Lost/Stolen Packages:
At this time we are not able to replace or refund stolen or lost packages. Some packages ( shipped via priority shipping) have insurance for up to $100 and a claim can be submitted here:

Returns/Exchanges:
Due to the nature of the products, we cannot accept return or exchange requests.
We describe our products and scents to the best of our ability based on the description provided by the scent manufacturer however please keep in mind that every nose is different and scents may be perceived differently by each person. No refunds will be given based on scent. Also note that even unscented soaps will have a slight scent due to ingredients used.
Because everyone has different skin types and use different water (soft, hard, etc.). This will affect how our handcrafted soap (made with luxurious ingredients for the skin which provide more than just cleansing) will lather and also affect how our skin feels after use. Our soaps have been tested all over the country with users reporting great results.
NO RETURNS: soap is a personal product and even unopened, we choose not to accept and resell any product that has left our facility.
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped.
We reserve the right to cancel any unshipped order for any reason.
In the event that we make a rare exception and accept a return, there will be a 20% fee.
Orders with Incorrect Addresses: It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that their shipping information is correct. If a package has an incorrect address and is returned to us, we will re-ship it at the customer's expense. No refunds will be provided for orders where the shipping address was incorrect. Product Weight:
Our soaps are handcrafted and hand cut therefore weights will vary from bar to bar. Our soap weights will range from 4 ounces to 7 ounces. To simplify things, we will list the lowest bar weight per batch. Handcrafted soap will continue to evaporate water and will lose weight however, this makes for a better, longer lasting bar of soap.
Lotions and body washes are filled by weight
Scrubs and Whipped soaps are filled by Volume
Product Usage and Allergies:
The user agrees that it is their responsibility to use the products properly. Always be aware of personal allergies and irritations. We list all ingredients used in each product to help customers make informed decisions.
Spot test all products prior to full use. If any products cause irritation, discontinue use immediately and consult a physician.
